Man Accused Of Spending $96K At Lowe’s Using Stolen Credit Cards

An Allentown man is accused of going on a statewide shopping spree with stolen credit cards.  Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday says 33-year-old Alex Rulan used stolen credit cards to purchase almost 100-thousand-dollars in merchandise from Lowe’s stores across the commonwealth.  In some cases, Rulan allegedly used fake IDs to complete the purchases.  He faces multiple charges.  He is currently in the Montgomery County Prison on previously-filed charges.
