State authorities have reportedly been called in to investigate an alleged abuse case at the Clearfield Elementary School involving a special needs student. The incident came to light after a video was released showing the possible abuse. The mother of the child in question saw the video and reportedly contacted state police immediately. The mother reportedly told WTAJ News that she received a letter from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services saying the allegations are being looked into.
