A Milesburg, Centre County man has recently been charged after he allegedly exposed himself to children at a bus stop last November. After a month’s long investigation by state police, 54-year-old William Traub was arrested and recently arraigned on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Traub was released on his own recognizance. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 7th.
