Two Central City men have been arrested for allegedly stealing $250,000 worth of wiring, some of which was copper, from a quarry. State Police in Somerset County have identified them as Stephen Seraski and Joseph Pollock, both 34 years old. The two reportedly took the wiring from the New Enterprise Sand Plant Quarry in Shade Township, Somerset County. Both men are facing charges of theft, tampering with evidence, and other related counts. Each has been placed in the Somerset County Prison in lieu of bail. They are facing a preliminary hearing on April 2nd.
