Altoona Police are looking for a man they have classified as armed and dangerous. Authorities say 37-year-old Zachary Cooper is accused of burglarizing a number of businesses in both Blair and Centre Counties. In recent weeks he reportedly broke into the Altoona Laundromat and other businesses, causing damage to their Skill machines. A warrant has been issued for his arrest, and he is facing multiple charges including felony burglary, and theft. Police say Cooper is considered armed and dangerous, and if anyone knows of his whereabouts, call 911.
