Rosebud Mining To Employe 50 From Corsa Coal In Somerset Co.

A motion to sell Corsa Coal in Somerset County was approved yesterday in federal bankruptcy court, meaning that three entities will now take control of the property and equipment.  Those three companies are Rosebud Mining of Kittanning, LCT Energy of Johnstown, and KeyBank.  Reportedly the president of Rosebud Mining said after the finalization of the sale on April 4^th, Corsa Coal employees will be laid off, except for 50 of them who will be offered work at Rosebud.
