A maintenance worker at the Westminster Woods Nursing Home in Huntingdon County is facing charges after he allegedly touched an elderly dementia resident inappropriately. Earlier this month 65-year-old Larry Yoder was allegedly seen by two nursing assistants in a room of a 96-year-old woman while touching her. Yoder was arraigned yesterday and charged with felony institutional sexual assault, and indecent assault of a person with a mental disability. Yoder has since posted bail from the Huntingdon County Prison. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 9th.
