The Central Pennsylvania Humane Society is asking for help in finding out who abandoned a dog at their shelter last Thursday night. The incident was caught on camera and shared with the public this past weekend on the humane society’s Facebook page. The video shows someone wearing a hoodie, getting out of a red car with a dog, and dropping the animal over a fence. The humane society reports the dog, which is an older pitbull, is fine. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact the shelter. The humane society says if they find out who abandoned the dog, they will press charges.
