An Everett business is out five thousand dollars after a couple allegedly used stolen credit card numbers racking up fraudulent charges. Arrested were 32 year old Danielle Franko, and 40-year-old Luis Avila, both from Bedford. The pair have been charged with theft and conspiracy and other related counts after state police were alerted of suspicious credit card purchases at Ace Hardware. The two have been placed in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of bail.
