A 49-year-old woman from China was arrested by the Logan Township Police over the weekend, after they conducted an investigation into a suspected prostitution ring at the Rodeway Inn. Arrested was Libo Shi, who was in America on a work visa. Reportedly, ICE has been contacted, and her visa is to be reviewed for possible deportation. Shi has been placed in the Blair County Prison where bail has been set at $75,000. She was charged with promoting prostitution. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 10th.
