A bald eagle that was electrocuted after landing on live wires near Lakemont Park, was rescued yesterday by Logan Township Police. According to their Facebook page, with the help of the Pennsylvania Game Commission the bald eagle was rescued and taken to Centre Wildlife Care in Port Matilda, where it will remain until its well enough to be released.
