A Centre County man has been accused of uploading child pornography and has been charged following a two year investigation. State police say 29-year-old Curtis Beason of Bellefonte was arrested after authorities were contacted by X, formerly known as Twitter, that child porn files had been flagged on their platform. Police say an email associated with that account was traced to a residence in Centre County, where Beason lived. Beason has been charged with felony child pornography and other related counts. He is free on unsecured bail, and is facing a preliminary hearing on April 9th.
