A Philipsburg man will spend up to ten years in prison after he pled guilty to the repeated sexual abuse of a young girl. Michael Lutz was in court this week where he was sentenced to serve five to ten years. Lutz, along with two others were arrested nearly two years ago after an investigation into alleged abuse and intimidation of the girl. Investigators earlier had said that Lutz claimed the girl initiated the sexual encounters. He later entered guilty pleas to charges of indecent assault of a child.
