Police in Portage Borough have obtained felony warrants for a man they describe as dangerous. Authorities are looking for Joshua Winter, from Wells Tannery in Huntingdon County. Winter is reportedly wanted for operating a stolen motorcycle that he used to flee from officers last month. He also has numerous felony and misdemeanor warrants in numerous counties.
