Officials have ruled that a shooting death in Boalsburg, Centre County, last December was a homicide. Police were called to a home along Boal Avenue last December 17th after police say a resident, identified as Chelsea Knepp was found dead, after being shot in the head. Yesterday, Centre County’s District Attorney Bernie Cantorna reportedly said that Knepp’s boyfriend told authorities earlier that Knepp had a handgun and he attempted to disarm her when the weapon discharged. No criminal charges have been filed as of yet, as an investigation continues.
