A Somerset couple are facing felony charges after a traffic stop led to the discovery of both crack cocaine and fentanyl. Arrested were 40-year-old Kayla Fogle, and 41-year-old Travis Fogle. Reportedly, after an investigation, over 200 stamp bags of suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were discovered in the vehicle during a traffic stop that occurred on April 4th in Lincoln Township. The pair was charged with numerous drug related counts and have been placed in the Somerset County Prison. Police say a third individual, 49-year-old Kelly DiFrancesco from Jennerstown was also identified as having involvement in the alleged drug operation, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
