A 21-year-old Huntingdon County man has been arrested after he allegedly was caught harassing and inappropriately photographing a group of young girls outside an apartment complex. Police have arrested Marcellis Smallwood, after he approached the girls on Monday evening, and asked if he could take photos of them. Shortly thereafter police were called to the 500 block of Penn Street in Huntingdon after the children’s parents confronted Smallwood. The investigation revealed that Smallwood had approached the girls and began to “awkwardly touch” them. Smallwood, has been placed in the Huntingdon County Prison on misdemeanor charges of indecent assault, harassment and other related counts. His bail was denied.
