Television news reports indicate that after more than 13 years, an arrest was made for the double homicide that took place at the chestnut terrace apartments located in Mt. Union. 47 year old Morico Johnson of Newport News, Va was arrested by police in his hometown on Tuesday, after DNA results matched him to the crime scene from 2009. Christine McWhorter and Beatrice Davis were found shot to death inside of an apartment building with two young children who also lived there. Johnson apparently waived extradition back to Huntingdon County, and will be brought back to face homicide charges.
