Television news reports say that a second student has come forward and accused disgraced music teacher Shawn Miller of touching her sexually from the time she was in kindergarten through at least 4th grade. Miller is already facing charges that he raped a student several years ago. The latest victim told police that miller told her he loved her and even invited the child to his home. Miller denies all accusations. Miller was in court on Wednesday of this week to answer to charges of the alleged rape of a 9 year old girl back in 2015.
