News reports say that police arrested 33 year old Charles Mobley at the apartment of his ex-girlfriend. The reports indicate that police arrived at the apartment of Julie McCloskey and asked if she had seen Mobley, to which she replied no. But upon a search of the premises, Mobley was found hiding inside a closet. He was arrested without incident. He was wanted in connection with an incident on April 23rd, where Mobley is accused of pistol whipping another person. He was being sought on attempted homicide charges. Mobley has a history of convictions for murder and drug dealing. He and McCloskey are both locked up in the Blair County jail.
