WTAJ reported that police arrived that the home of 28 year old Destiny Gardner on 2nd Avenue earlier this month to serve felony drug warrants and take her into custody. When Gardner was spotted outside of her home, she ran inside when police shouted her name. She was found hiding in a kitchen closet. She surrendered soon after police tracked her down to the closet without incident. Along with the drug felonies, she now faces charges of fleeing to avoid apprehension. Gardner is locked up in the Blair County jail on $25,000 bond.
