According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested and charged 33 year old Matthew Wombacher with setting his home on fire earlier this week. The reports states that a neighbor of Wombachers actually put the fire out. That neighbor told police that Wombacher was seen trying to light objects on his back porch. He told police that he left a burning cigar in a trash can. Wombacher allegedly confessed to police that he set the fire and was just having fun, and that he had been drinking during the incident. Wombacher is charged with felony arson and causing or risking a catastrophe, he is in the Blair County jail on $75,000 cash bail.
