In a report out of Harrisburg, the Senate voted 30-20 on Wednesday to approve house bill 972. The bill would clearly state that all scholastic and collegiate athletics would be defined by one’s biological sex. The bill known as the protect women’s sports act would ban transgender girls and women from competing on female athletic teams. True to form, gov wolf said he will veto the bill.
