According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested 26 year old Derek McCracken for his part in a home invasion in June, where a Tyrone man has also been arrested. Police took 22 year old Shane Hagenbuch into custody after he was found at the home or a relative on Tuesday. Hagenbuch is charged with breaking into an apartment on Washington Avenue and assaulted the resident. Police say that Hagenbuch struck the resident some 20 times, and threw that person into a television set, destroying it. Hagenbuch was then heard bragging that police would never find him. He is behind bars, charged with burglary, fleeing police, criminal conspiracy and trespassing.
