Investigators in Johnstown concluded that the two men who were shot and killed last week in broad daylight, actually shot each other. The victims were identified as Elliot Ruff of Delaware County and 22 year old Ethan Williams of Johnstown. Both men died from gunshot wounds received during a shootout in Johnstown last Wednesday afternoon. Cambria D.A. Greg Neugebauer said that Williams was a suspect in several other crimes. Police are still unclear abut a motive for the shootings, but did say that no charges will be filed. Also, authorities did say that three other people who witnessed the incident, gave statements to law enforcement.
