News reports indicate that 40 year old inmate Randy Houghwot was found unresponsive in his jail cell at SCI Rockview back on August 31st. Prison medical staff attempted life saving measures, but were not successful. He was then taken to Mt. Nittany medical center and passed away three days later. Houghwot was serving a 1-4 year sentence for criminal trespass and was housed at Rockview since February. Cause of death has not been revealed.
