WJAC reports that police in Cambria County say 20 year old Robert Spears allegedly shot another man after accusing the victim of trespassing. The report says that the victim arrived at Spears home Sunday afternoon to talk with spears girlfriend about an incident a few days earlier about a weapon. The woman asked the man to leave but he refused. An argument ensued, with Spears allegedly retrieving a gun from his vehicle, then shooting the victim during a physical confrontation. Police reported that the victim who was shot twice, was not armed and had made no threats against Spears.
