State police report that they arrested a 10 year old boy for allegedly sexually assaulting a 2 year old girl. Troopers say that the alleged assault took place sometime between September 28th and October 5th at a home on Woodbury Pike in South Woodbury Twp. Police say that the suspect is the step brother of the alleged victim, and it was confirmed by doctors at York Hospital that a sexual assault did take place.
