A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates the lawyer for 18 year old Damien Green has asked the state superior court to overturn a Blair County court ruling that green be tried as an adult for hos part in the shooting death of Devon Pfrisching in 2020. His attorney said that Judge Elizabeth Doyle did not announce a ruling on where green would be tried with in 20 days of a decertification hearing. Judge Doyle said that she did not want to influence potential testimony from any of greens 3 co-defendants in the case, buy making her decision public within 20 days of the hearing. Green was 15 at the time of the shooting, and was ordered to stand trial in adult court. 3 others involved have already pleaded guilty and are in prison.
