The Altoona Mirror reports that a bench warrant has been issued for 54 year old Kevin Swauger. He is accused to trying th strangle a woman during an apparent domestic dispute last December. Court records indicated that Swauger and the woman were arguing when he began to physically assault her. Swauger then allegedly got on top of the women, put his hands around her neck and began choking her, telling her that he was going to take her outside, dig a hole and bury her in it. He is facing charges of strangulation, assault, making terroristic threats and harassment. He is now charged with failing to appear for a hearing which was held on Wednesday.
