Another election court decision

The PA Supreme Court ruled that any mail in or absentee ballots that do not contain handwritten dates on the return envelopes will not be counted. The unanimous decision comes just one week before pa residents head to the polls to decide who will occupy the governors mansion, the state legislature and who goes to Washington as a U.S. Senator. In the ruling, the justices said that any of these undated ballots are to be separated and preserved, but not counted . Already, some 850,000 mail in ballots have been received across Pennsylvania. 1.4 million voters requested mail in ballots, with 70% of those being democrat.
