According to a report by WTAJ, police have arrested and charged Brian and Scott Tilson for providing heroin to their mother and grandmother, which resulted in her death. The report indicates that Scott Tilson admitted to purchasing the heroin, then his father Rrian separated it into 3 lines. The three apparently all overdosed. First responders from the Altoona Fire Dept and AMED revived the two men with narcan, but the grandmother died at UPMC Altoona. An 8 year old child went to a neighbor’s house and alerted them to the situation, and they called for help. The Tilson men are charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession of a controlled substance, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.
