According to a report by WTAJ, police were called to the 900 block of 2nd avenue late last month for a disturbance. Police reported that a man told them he was attacked by at least 2 people, later identified as 41 year old Alisa Diehl and her 22 year old son Tyler Shumac. The report stated that the victim was lured to area by Shumac, and approached the alley. It was then that he was allegedly attacked. The victim tried to run but fell, and was attacked while he was on the ground. Police say that both Shumac and Diehl kicked and hit the victim during the assault. Police say there is a video of a group of people walking towards the victims car, which was stolen. Shumac is in the Blair County jail, while Diehl is awaiting arraignment.
