State police in Bedford County say they have charged 24 year old Courtney Boden with taking part after the fact in the killing of Tyler Matthai earlier this year. He was allegedly killed by 29 year old Derek Louk, a cousin of Matthai. He has been charged with shooting Matthai in May. Boden is charged with tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse among other charges. She is accused of helping Louk and 19 year old Jordan Robertson of dispose of Matthai’s body and burning in. Boden, according to state police, told them she witnessed the killing after the two cousins had a verbal altercation. She is locked up in the Bedford County jail.
