Police in state college report they arrested 20 year old Shawn Cox for being inside a Snappys store located in university park just after midnight Friday. Police report that they caught Cox eating some food inside the store while the alarm was sounding. Cox then apparently resisted arrest and began to damage items in the store. 3 officers finally subdued cox, who reportedly spit on and kicked the officers while he was being put into a cruiser. Cox is charged with felony burglary, trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police say that cox was heavily intoxicated and had to be taken to Mt. Nittany Medical Center.
