They include in Tier I…TRACTORS without trailers, passenger vehicles, recreational vehicles, school and commercial busses and motorcycles along 1-79, 1-76 to I-80, I-70 from Md to the Turnpkike in Fulton County, turnpike between New Stanton and Breezewood and all of I-99. Tier II restrictions include tractors towing tandem trailers, along with all of the aforementioned busses, cars etc. Tier III restrictions include no commercial vehicles. All road have been pre traeated with to help prevent icing. Penndot says to avoid travel if you possibly can.
