State Police in Cleafield report they arrested 21 year old Charles Wilkinson last week after he forcibly entered the home of a woman and her baby. Troopers said that Wilkinson was yelling at the woman, and she said that he threatened to kidnap her baby, claiming it was his. He resisted arrest, and had to be subdued by police. Wilkinson arrived at the home and was yelling at someone in a car which he began to chase. He was taken into custody and charged with felony burglary, criminal trespass, kidnapping of a minor, and interfering with the custody of a child. He is locked up in the Clearfield County jail on $100,000 bail.
