A report by WJAC indicates police arrested 31 year old Charles Kirkland last Sunday for allegedly possessing child pornography. The report says that an investigation began late in the summer after police received tips from Google that an account reportedly linked to Kirkland was uploading multiple files containing child porn. When police arrived at his home, Kirkland admitted to possessing those files. The arrest had nothing to do with the homer center school district, where Kirkland is employed as a business teacher. He was charged with felony counts of child pornography and disseminating photos or videos of child sex acts.
