A Bellwood man, Christopher Zacker, was charged with felony animal cruelty after he was accused of killing a cat in Antis Township. Troopers say Zacker admitted to killing the cat, because it was making noises. Zacker was arraigned this morning and placed in Blair County Prison where he is being held on $30,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 3.
