News reports indicate that police arrested 41 year old Christopher Zacker after the were sent out to check on a 911 hang up call in Antis Twp on Sunday. When troopers arrived, a woman told them that Zacker had killed her cat. Police say that Zacker had admitted to killing the cat, because it was making noise, and he tried to drown the cat first, then slammed it off of the ground. Zacker was arrested and charged with animal cruelty and criminal mischief. He was taken to the Blair County prison and is being held on $30,000 bail.
