According to a report by WJAC, police and the State Dept of Corrections have charged 41 year old Neil Rudy with allegedly smuggling drugs and other contraband to a network of inmates at the prison. Rudy, who works in the food service area of the prison, is charged with allegedly bringing in Suboxone and other synthetic cannabinoids into the jail. Rudy was reportedly paid more than $10,000 to smuggle in the illegal contraband, which he reportedly got from a man in State College known only as “dough”. He is free on unsecured bail.
