WTAJ reports that gov wolf announced more than $18 million is headed to communities across Pennsylvania from the Keystone Communities Program. In our region, Bedford County will get a $96,000 grant for downtown Bedford for Starved Rock LLC for a building purchase. And in Centre County, the Phillipsburg Revitalization Corporation will receive a little over $10,000 for the development of a strategic plan. The funds are used to generate partnerships between the public and private sectors and to create stability and economic growth .
