According to a report by WJAC, state police in Hollidaysburg reported that a man contacted them after he found sexually explicit messages on the phone of his girlfriend, identified as 41 year old Nikkia Beck. Those messages, reportedly included sexually explicit content that involved a juvenile female. Beck is accused of inviting the target and another 13 year old to a local motel, where they were allegedly provided with alcohol and marijuana. Beck and 38 year old Donald Hetrick planned to sexually assault the 14 year old and were allegedly going to pay her. Beck is charged with rape of an unconsciuos victim, sexual assault, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor and trafficking. Hetrick is facing similar charges but has not been arrested.
