WJAC reports that Coroner Jeff Lees has identified the victim as 63 year old Ricky Baxter of South Fork. According to police reports, Baxter was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of 219 Wednesday night and collided head on with another car driven by a man from Mineral Point. According to Lees, Baxter was pronounced dead at the scene, with the second driver being rushed to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Baxter died from multiple blunt force trauma, and was not wearing a seat belt. Lees is now awaiting a toxicology report on Baxter.
