A report in the Altoona Mirror states that charges against 49 year old Kellan Anne Fetter of Schellsburg were bound over for trial yesterday. Fetter is accused to threatening to kill a state police officer by cutting off his head with a saw. The trooper involved said he responded to a 911 hang up call at Fetters residence, where she reportedly told him that there was a meth lab underneath a shed on her property. The trooper said that fetter became increasingly agitated as he asked her questions, when she pulled out the saw and told him he was going to die. Fetter is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and resisting arrest.
