A report by WTAJ indicates that police in Blair County have charged 74 year old Jerry Fultz of repeatedly assaulting the girl between 2018 and 2021. The report states that the victim told police Fultz first assaulted her when he took her hunting in 2018, pinning her down inside his truck and removed all of her clothing. The victim also told police that Fultz allegedly groped her, exposed himself to her and made her touch him on several other occasions. Fultz was arraigned yesterday, charged with felony counts of aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault and other charges. He is in the Blair County jail.
