A report in the Altoona Mirror from Spotlight PA indicates that the Shapiro camp has 300 people working on the transition into the governors mansion, yet none of them is permitted to talk about anything publicly. It seems that all 300 members of the transition team were ordered to sign a nondisclosure agreement, banning them from disclosing any information about what Shapiro is going to do when he takes over. The report suggests that Shapiro may not be willing to be transparent when it comes to state business, or if he will keep any wolf administration policies in place.
