WJAC reported that Stephen Beegle of New Enterprise was sentenced to serve 7-20 years behind bars for repeatedly raping a boy and a girl from the time they were young. Beegle was accused of the abuse for a two year period before his arrest in 2019. During sentencing the judge pronounced Beegle a sexually violent predator. Beegle reportedly threatened the young victims with harm if they told anyone about the abuse.
