But for a 9 year old Pennsylvania boy, he has already accomplished that goal. A TV news report from Harrisburg indicates that 9 year old David Balogun of Dauphin County has already graduated from the Reach Cyber Charter school, and has already completed his first semester at Bucks County Community College. Not only has David moved on to college at the age of 9, but he has started his own website development company, and says he plans to study software development, along with astronomy and engineering. David says that virtual schooling during the pandemic helped his parents realize that he was much further advanced in his education than most kids his age. David says he will apply to several Ivy League schools to continue his education.
