News reports suggest that police report that 43 year old Heather Evans is responsible for the arson fire that killed 75 year old Mark Stewart last February. Now authorities claim that Evans is charged with setting 2 other fires in the city. She is accused of setting two other fires after the deadly blaze. And Evans claims that she is a witch, and that she probably was using meth at the time of the fires. She is facing a slew of charges including arson, homicide, burglary, aggravated assault, causing a catastrophe and aggravated arson. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 22nd..
